I first photographed Karo back in 2013 and since then have enjoyed coffees, chats and filling my house with her gorgeous work. When she asked me back to photograph her At Work and some portraits in her new home I was thrilled – such a relaxed enjoyable morning’s work.
Thank you Karo for making it so easy.
A few weeks ago I got to spend a morning taking photos of a gorgeous new business in Maynooth Co. Kildare – L’art Du Chocolat opened a Chocolate Bar serving delicious french pastries, hand made chocolates, yummy croque monsieur, freshly brewed coffee and of course the best hot chocolate !
Some photos from a shoot I did last August for the October issue of Top Santé Magazine – telling the story of Breege Burke who turned to Pilates to help her with back pain. Breege is a pilates instructor based in Carrick On Shannon, a lovely lady with the most gorgeous house !
Another very talented lady I photographed at work recently, capturing some images for her new website and promotional material.
It is lovely to see the images on her new marketing material and online showing how important it is to have good professional images for your business but also showing people a little glimpse of you and your workplace.
It is a real joy to photograph creatives at work, capturing some images for a new/updated website, images for magazine use or for their social media. Afterwards seeing their chosen images appearing in magazines, online etc shows the importance of having these images for a business.
I love chatting away getting to know them, their business and how it all started – but also a real treat is getting to see them at work and how talented they are.
A few weeks back I had a fun filled morning with Brookwood Pottery getting to do all of that.
Check out their website and perhaps do a little shopping !!
My daughter has become great at crafts lately, we have a house full of empty boxes, glass jars, ribbons etc and regularly a new little desk tidy appears on my desk! She picks up lots of tips while watching videos on the internet but the main reason behind her love of crafting are the classes run by The Craft Corner.
A highlight from last year, a photo shoot for a new retro clothing & interior website coming this year.
Fabulous house, a lady with bags of style, a really fun & relaxed photo session – here are a few photos from her gorgeous house up first.
Some of these images recently accompanied an article by the talented Maria from Lollipops & Daydreams, “Creating Family Interiors”, in the latest issue of Mums & Tots magazine.
Some photos I took recent for Emma’s website, Pilates & Barre, Dundalk.
